Getting Your Stuff

We currently ship goods within the United Kingdom and to most of the European Union and other selected countries around the world. Please make sure that you carefully check your order before placing it as we are unable to change it once we have dispatched it to you. (Our carrier pigeons are not that clever.)

Free delivery is available to all UK residents as the standard option. If you opt to upgrade your delivery option at the Checkout or you live outside the UK our shipping fees include handling and packing fees together with postage costs and vary according to the size and weight of the item.

We offer a number of flexible delivery options to suit you wherever you are in the world.

I live in the United Kingdom. What are my options?

Standard Royal Mail 24 (first class) and 48 (second class) are the most cost-effective way of you getting your order in super quick time. The next-day courier option is perfect for when you need that guaranteed last minute item.

Items of high value (normally over 75 GBP) can only be sent to a verified PayPal address for security reasons.

I live outside the UK within the European Union. What are my options?

Standard Royal Mail Airmail is the preferred choice for delivery within just 5-10 working days. International Signed-For is there for when you want your parcel safely tracked. The cost of shipping is determined by the size and weight of your package(s) but prices start from only 3.99 GBP for smaller items.

I live outside the EU. What are my options?

With the standard Royal Mail services we offer you can be sure to get your purchase within just 5-14 working days. Prices start from only 3.99 GBP for smaller items.

Packages destined for anywhere outside the European Union will display a Customs Declaration Form (CN22) and will clearly show the actual value of the packet’s contents.

I’ve paid. When do I get my order?

The majority of orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. We post Monday-Friday and aim to dispatch orders placed before 8:00 AM (GMT) the same day. Please allow longer if you order during a weekend or a public holiday. Also note that if you place your order after 8:00 AM on a Friday then your goods will usually be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).

If you live in the UK you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days. If we are sending your parcel overseas then you can expect to receive your order within 5-14 working days. These times are approximate – but the majority of goods arrive within their delivery estimates. It’s worth noting that delivery times may vary especially during peak periods.

You will receive an e-mail from us when we have dispatched your order letting you know it’s on its way to you.

It’s taking a little while to arrive. Any ideas?

If you have waited more than four working days then it is possible that your order has been held up and is delayed. Our advice is that you check with neighbours or in any outhouses you may have where mail might be left. You could also contact your local sorting office.

If you live outside the UK we ask that you hold tight and allow 14 working days before treating your purchase as delayed.

Every parcel we send carries postal insurance at no additional cost and we retain proof of postage for every order.

I’ve waited long enough and not received anything. Help!

This is unfortunate – but we are on hand to help. In this instance we ask that you contact us. We take delays seriously.

We will ensure that you receive the item(s) you ordered or you are reimbursed the original purchase price in full.

We are not able to proceed with this until at least 14 working days have passed from sending your parcel. For goods sent outside the UK we can’t proceed until at least 21 working days have passed. All we ask is that you let us know before 30 calender days have passed in either case.

We promise to aim to minimise any inconvenience caused as a result of delayed or undelivered orders.

You’ll receive a replacement product or a full refund for an undelivered order (whichever you prefer). This will initiate an investigation where you may receive correspondence from Royal Mail.

Half my order has arrived. Where’s the other half?

Sometimes we send orders for more than one item in separate parcels to ensure their safe transit. In the vast majority of cases orders for multiple items are dispatched on the same day but there is a possibility they can arrive with you on separate days.

I’m not going to be in when my stuff arrives. Is that going to be a problem?

A lot of the products we sell will fit nicely through your letterbox. However if you have upgraded your delivery option then you will need to be available to sign for your purchase(s) upon their arrival.

Larger parcels won’t squeeze through your letterbox – so if you are not in to take delivery of your order then Royal Mail will follow their usual procedure of leaving a card letting you know that you’ve got a parcel waiting for you at your local Post Office.

I want my things to arrive safely. What packing materials do you use?

We use bubble-lined mailing envelopes and pouches, strong mail bags and sturdy cardboard boxes when packing your items to ensure their safe transit. Special care is taken with fragile items and parcels are labelled accordingly.

I paid for Signed-For delivery and my parcel is damaged or empty. What should I do?

In this instance we ask that you contact us and we will start the claims process.

Do I get a discount if I buy more than one item?

We welcome queries regarding discounts on orders for multiple items.

Returning Orders

We happily accept returns within 30 calender days of purchase as per our comprehensive returns policy.

My item is faulty. Help!

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty please get in touch with us with a brief description of the fault and remember to keep the original packaging for the item. You will either receive a replacement product or a full refund (whichever you prefer) together with reasonable return postage costs.

I’ve changed my mind. What do I do?

You are protected by the DSRs (Distance Selling Regulations). Provided you send your item(s) back to us within 30 calender days in the same condition we sent them out in you are entitled to a refund.

If you have changed your mind and want to return an item for a refund we are happy to reimburse the original purchase price.

(Please make sure you pop a note with a brief description of why you are returning your purchase inside the parcel.)

One final note: Please do not pay for any form of signed-for postal service when returning goods for a refund or replacement as we will only refund return postage costs to the value of standard domestic or international mail.

How quick will I get my replacement / refund?

Once we have received the returned item and authorised your replacement or refund we will process it immediately. This means you could be in possession of your replacement product within 2-3 working days (slightly longer for outside the UK) or your money back within 24 hours.

Any replacement products will be sent to the same address as the original address you specified.
